Shipping Policy

Frekkes collaborates with leading international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. Through local couriers, we deliver directly to your door and offer uniform shipping costs worldwide.

The amount is charged when your order is placed, and all payments are verified and approved before the shipment is sent, which may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

We typically need 2–5 business days to process your order and deliver it to our sorting facility. Some orders may take longer, especially during peak holiday periods (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular products with limited stock.

Once your order has begun processing in our shipping department, we cannot make changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We only ship on weekdays and not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation.

For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on the locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped to the carrier's sorting facility.

For some carriers, it may take several days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is missing, please contact us.

Deliveries

Delivery times vary depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Here are our estimates:

Please note that these days are only estimates in business days and do not include our processing time of 2–5 days.

We do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, but Frekkes cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance delays, holidays, extreme weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., as these may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs Fees, Taxes, and Other Charges

International deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or customs clearance fees charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the recipient's responsibility. Frekkes has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary widely between countries. For questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Frekkes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective carrier.

Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not approve your claim if it is not reported.

Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct before an order is submitted. We begin processing your order immediately, and we cannot change an order once it has been placed. If the order has already been processed in our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
