Return Policy
Frekkes accepts returns or exchanges of products purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- No visible damage to the product
- All original packaging is intact
If there is any damage, the Frekkes warranty cannot be fulfilled.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.
Some types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on products such as underwear, hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation via email) with your order number.

If you are returning an item worth over 700 SEK, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send an email to confirm receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Sometimes it may take 2-3 days for refunds to appear, depending on financial institutions. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, please email support@Frekkes.com, and we’ll help you investigate further.
Gifts
Follow the instructions above to return items purchased online. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once we receive the return, we’ll email a digital gift card to you.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team at support@Frekkes.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
If you don’t report the damage within this timeframe, we may not be able to approve your request. We use the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
